Thomson Home Inspections, Inc is not licensed in the State of Florida to perform termite (WDO) inspection on a home.  The State requires a licensed pest company to perform these.  While there are a lot of good qualified pest companies to choose from, I recommend Impact Pest Management – Tom Wisdo.  His professionalism and qualifications are considered the best in the industry.  If needed, I can make the necessary arrangements to have the WDO inspection at the same time as the home inspection to save time.
